After an amazing winter with non-stop surfing summer is upon us again. This will be Semente’s 35th summer of board building and we want to thank all of you for your support.
Summertime always calls for a little change in your quiver or a different board to get you motivated for weaker smaller conditions. Depending on your skill level, weight, height, and your goals (what are you looking to do on your new board) there are a wide variety of boards available on our site. The Catcher still stands as our top seller and is a very versatile board for summer conditions.
The FLT, Thug, Mega Thug and Needful all continue as good summer options and all perform well in weaker conditions and fit the lower wave scale well. For bigger surfers or beginners our Egg, Gunslinger and Retro offer more area and guarantee early entrance and more stability for the coming months. All our team boards have recently been refined as that is always an ongoing process, so if you are looking to update a high-performance board now is the time. For the Groms our Firestarter has also seen some changes and the demand for this model is on the rise.
Semente has two new models that will be released shortly both inspired by our team and both with summer conditions in mind. Keep an eye on our site for a full description of these new models.
